Key Responsibilities

Camera/Touch/Display Engineering: Working on optics, flat panel hardware, and mechanical design. You will design and implement experiments to validate new materials, optimizing for performance and reliability.
Wireless Technologies: Engaging in antenna design, RF system-level validation, automated software/tool development, and optimization of RF automated systems.
ASIC / VLSI: Involvement in RTL design and implementation, verification, integration, validation, emulation, and more within the ASIC domain.
System Development: Assisting in electrical system design and integration, system-level testing support, schematic capture, and bug resolution.
Acoustics/Audio: Contributing to hardware design for speakers/microphones, mechanical design and prototyping, and audio feature design incorporating machine learning.
Embedded Systems: Developing low-level microcontroller code, prototyping concepts, and design verification using FPGAs.
Firmware Development: Writing and debugging low-level firmware, drivers, and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must return to school to continue education after the internship, or it must be the final requirement for graduation.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of computer system architecture, digital logic design, and circuit analysis.
Experience in antenna, cellular, wireless, OTA, RF engineering, and wireless communication theory.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Verilog RTL.
Familiarity with measurement equipment like spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
Previous relevant experience, such as internships, projects, or teaching assistantships.
