Key Responsibilities
As part of Customer Support, you’ll help drive United’s 24/7 operations. Your cross-functional role will involve:
- Leadership & Communication: Clearly defining and solving customer support issues with excellent communication skills.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders toward common goals.
- Project Management: Managing and organizing project details, ensuring timely delivery.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to generate insights and prioritize tasks effectively.
You’ll also gain valuable front-line experience by working with our customer service agents in real-time at our contact centers. Success in this role includes addressing the needs of both customers and employees.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student with a strong academic track record.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
